Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Triangle Business Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (“TBI”), we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every engagement. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service not initiated: If payment has been made but no work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.
- Partial delivery: If a service is cancelled before full delivery, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.
- Duplicate payment: If a payment was made in error or duplicated, a full refund will be processed.
- Product not activated: Digital products returned within 7 days of purchase (per our Return Policy) and not yet activated are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client
- Custom development work that has been completed per agreed specifications
- Third-party expenses already incurred (e.g., advertising spend, domain purchases, third-party software subscriptions)
- Consulting fees for sessions already conducted
- Setup or onboarding fees once onboarding has begun
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request to finance@agencytbi.com with your account details, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, we encourage you to reach out to us at finance@agencytbi.com to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in good faith.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
