Return Policy

1. Overview

Triangle Business Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. (“TBI”) is committed to delivering high-quality services and digital products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be applicable.

2. Digital Services

As a provider of digital services including marketing, intelligence solutions, and software products, our deliverables are inherently non-tangible. Due to the nature of digital services, returns in the traditional sense are not applicable once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

3. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an ongoing service engagement:

  • Written cancellation notice must be provided at least 15 business days before the next billing cycle.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
  • Any pre-paid amounts for undelivered work may be eligible for a refund, subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Product Returns

For any software licenses or digital products purchased through TBI, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been activated, deployed, or substantially used. All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptions

Returns or cancellations are not available for:

  • Custom-built solutions or bespoke development work
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
  • Consulting engagements where sessions have been conducted
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, domain registrations, software licenses)

6. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or cancellation request, please contact us at finance@agencytbi.com with your account details and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
