The Surgeon

Dr. Mahesh Nair is a board-certified cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon based in Kochi, Kerala, and the founder of Nip & Tuck Aesthetics. Trained at Mumbai's top institutions including JJ Hospital and BYL Nair Hospital, he holds international fellowships from Belgium and Spain. Despite world-class credentials, his online presence didn't match his expertise.

The Goal

In Kerala, plastic surgery is still seen as private — almost taboo. People who get procedures do not talk about it, and people considering it do not want to be seen researching it publicly. Marketing meant fighting a cultural mindset where the audience existed but did not want to be visible.
