Forum Kochi Mall entered a market dominated by an established incumbent with deep brand loyalty. Located in a city where mall culture was still evolving, it needed more than footfall -- it needed a distinct identity. TBI was brought on to position Forum Kochi as the city's entertainment-first destination, building digital awareness and driving physical walk-ins from zero brand recognition.
